Bruce, the manager, is very rude. I will agree with the other person that mentioned that. The administration does tend to send out reprimands like you are an employee and not a customer.

Heating - I haven't been through a whole winter yet but it is my experience that you pay a lot for heating in any apartment.

Laundry - The Laundry room is great. Sharing with 4 apartments allows you to almost alway be able to use it when you want and it is alway clean.

Spiders - There does seem to be spider webs outside the apartment a lot. Usually by the doors and staircase.

Cost - I'm waiting to see how high they raise the rent for the second year. I expect I won't be staying anyway due to other reasons, not the apartment.

Space - The apartment is very roomy. Plenty of closet place. Storage in the laundry room is also more than you probably need. The balconies are huge and very nice.

Pool - nice and usually not that busy. Which I like.

Overall - I like the apartment. It's been the best place I've stayed in so far and not even the most expensive. You could ask for some improvements but who has lived somewhere that was perfect'
