The apartment I live in is not what I saw in the model. The carpet doesn't go all the way to the wall, so there are nails sticking out that I step on if I come too close to the edge. The carpet is also a really cheap quality. A lot of drafts come through the windows and doors. Also, the kitchen and bedroom, which are against an outside wall, are freezing in the winter. The cabinets are outdated. The entrance is across from the neighbors entrance, so all of the noise they make comes right into my apartment, plus I can easily hear the resident below me. However, the staff and service are excellent. They are always receptive and fix any problems immediately. Plus, they are always riding around, cleaning the area, or landscaping.
