I've only lived here 2 months now and I already want to move out. The ants, spiders, and various other insects are a problem (even after having a professional spray). There are lots of unfinished aspects in my "renovated" apartment. I have had one serious complaint and the manager was very patronizing and rude. The maintenance men were nice, but still nothing was accomplished as readily as it shoud have been. The laundry is convenient - but don't live next to it. Some neighbors are very rude and do laundry at all hours of the night! The walls are paper thin and I can hear every conversation, TV, and phone. And forget about how loud the water is from the upstairs apartment living below them.
