This is the greatest place ever if you like a place with a well kept lawn. the grass is always thick and well cut.
Our apartment has some problems with the heat not working so well in the bedrooms, but the air conditioning works well.
Parking spaces are always open, and the maintenance staff is always responds within a day, it might take them 1-2 times to fix something but they are friendly.
The wall between the bedrooms could stand to be thicker, but we almost never hear any of the apartments around us.
There is one washer/dryer per 4 apts which has never been in use when I tried to use it.
