I too experienced different treatment by the management staff. I think most people don't speak up because they don't speak english well enough to feel like the staff will take them seriously. Most of the other non- english speaking minorities are just happy to live in a decent place that they don't want to cause a stir. The construct of the complex is nice and the apt are roomy and the views are wonderful but when management sucks it gives the place a bad look.
