I lived at Mark Haven Apartments going on 18 years. The past couple of years since the new manager took over things really have gotten really bad.Their's people drinking alcohol out front of the buildings, fighting, The manager is never here and when she is here, it's never before 2:30pm.The owner needs to wakeup and smell the coffee and put things back the way they they were! It's been nothing but turmoil
