CONSIDERING SOME OF THE OTHER SUBSIDIZED HOUSING OUT THERE, MARK HAVEN IS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. IT COULD USE A FEW UPDATES AND I WISH IT HAD MORE TWO BEDROOMS. SINCE MY INCOME IS FIXED AND VERY LOW, I AM GLAD I HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE WITH ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED FOR UNDER $100.00 PER MONTH.
THE MANAGER EVICTED A LOT OF THE YOUNG TROUBLE MAKERS AND THINGS ARE PRETTY QUIET FOR THE MOST PART. NO MATTER WHAT THE MANAGER AND MAINTENANCE DO --- YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE ALL THE TIME. TENANTS COME AND GO. THE LOUDEST COMPLAINER TODAY COULD LEAVE NEXT WEEK. SO, THEY DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THE PROPERTY TO KEEP IT SAFE AND LIVABLE.
