Avenel at Montgomery Square

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I just recently moved into Avenel at Montgomery Square and thought that new construction would be the best way to go. I wish I had continued looking around. There is no sound-proofing between floors and the community is a mess. The construction is very loud and no where close to being completed. Just recently someone's apartment was broken into also! There are no gates or security for the buildings and the fitness center is only open during the staff's hours when they told me that it would be open 24 hours. In response to the person who said that the office staff was so helpful and nice, I've found them to be very rude. They act like everytime I call in to have something fixed it is a huge inconvenience to them. Overall, Avenel is very expensive for what you get. I don't know how much longer I will stay here.
