I lived at Avenel for a year and it was one of the most frustrating experiences in my life. The old management at least cared ...but were not very well trained, the new management is horrible. Never Never come through with promises, solutions to problems....could go on for days.
Apartments are cheaply built....things are constantly breaking.....trash situation is horrible. One compactor for the entire development. Folks have to walk over 100 yards to dump trash. Hmmm pay 1500 a month and walk a 100 yards for trash.
Do yourself a favor look elsewhere
