Free Starbucks coffee, hot chocolate and large screen TV in the common area. Nice fitness center and pool. Complex was built around 2007, so not too old. Not many bugs. Avenel is different and great I have lived here since 2005. I have had the old owners and the new owners. Sure, they are different but I couldn't be happier. With every community you have issues. These are miniscue compared to other places. Avenel is number #1, great area, great

bozzuto is the way to go All of you are crazy. Bozzuto has many communities and this again is another fine product. The management and maintenence is great. What else could you ask for? People who arent happy here I bet ask for crazy things. Like a new blimp. I recommend to all.

I just moved to Knapp Farm I lived at Avenel and I just moved to Knapp Farm. I happened to meet a neighbor at Knapp Farm who also lived at Avenel. They had the very same complaints as me. Avenel is over-priced and poor quality construction! The apartments are terribly cold...they even ask you

I currently Live Here and am Happy I live her and am happy with my apartment. I have not har any problems. I don't hear anybody around me. I do hear the water running. I love my apartment and have not had any problems here live people have written about. I think the people are very nice.

OK This is a very nice, new apartment complex. You pay a premium for the "newness" and the washer/dryer in the apt. As with many aprtments the walls are very thin- and you can hear water running everytime someone flushes a toilet. Not bad though- it still has that "new apt
