Like the title says, You will want to avoid Pine Ridge at all costs. I was in Pine Ridge for a year, and it was one of the worst places I have EVER been in. Had a two bedroom apartment, and needless to say - it was disgusting! None of the appliances were clean, the shades had at least two years of dirt and grime on them. Both showers were BLACK with dirt...not just a trace of dirt...but BLACK. There were actual chunks of food in the dishwasher.

The other reviews were not kidding about the bugs. They are there and will make you miserable. For the longest time I thought that I was allergic to something strange...all to find out I was getting bit in my sleep.

The ants seem to run the place better then the management does. Anthony (The manager that was present when I left) is the laziest man I have ever met in my life. He is EXTREMELY good at making up fees and charging you for things AFTER they are done and never telling you. Several times i received a letter in the mail, stating that i did not pay my full rent price. When I called Amore, they stated that they had to run another credit check. Why that was needed midway through my lease is beyond me (always payed rent a month in advance and was never late.)

Like the other reviews...he called to have the bugs sprayed in our apartment by the maintenance man. He sprayed the "walls". When I say the "walls"...I mean everything in the apartment BUT the walls. He actually went around and moved nothing away to spray. The first thing he sprayed were my shoes. When I asked him what he was doing, he stated that "they could drag bugs in".

Pine Ridge was just an absolute headache, and if you are thinking of renting there...Think again.
