I just want to set the record straight. I saw some of the reviews of pine ridge and cant figure out what these people are talking about. I have lived here for just over a year and love it. Dont get me wrong it is a little pricey for a small apartment but the place is always quiet and very well maintained. My apartment was immiculant when i moved in and management has always been nothing but profesional and quick to respond. As far as a bug problem goes I have never had a problem besides an ant or two. Dont listen to those negative reviews if you are thinking about moving here come look at the place and you will see what i am talking about.
