I cant tell you how many times I would go outside with my son and kids and the complex. Very friendly people. As for PTI students, they are kids people get over it. I know of a complex very close that has mailboxes bashed in because of kids, Settlers does not have that problem. I never locked my doors to my car, and trusted that Settlers would not allow anyone on the property that did not belong. As for the shooting, it is 2008 people and bad things happen everywhere, that never affected how I felt about living there.
