Love it! I have lived here for a year now, and just recently signed our lease for one more. I have never had any problems with my neighbors. It is a quiet and safe little community. I often run at night with my dog. There is also a pet area where you can take your dog off leash to play.

great place for kids I cant tell you how many times I would go outside with my son and kids and the complex. Very friendly people. As for PTI students, they are kids people get over it. I know of a complex very close that has mailboxes bashed in because of kids, Settlers does not have that

I like living here I have lived here since 2000. I read the other reviews and I don't agree. Shootings can happen anywhere. I have always felt safe living here, and not all apartments will allow you to have a dog. I suspect that if you say management doesn't handle noise

If you like privacy, look elsewhere... The apartments aren't bad, but there are many inconsiderate tenants. Most are college students from PTI and Robert Morris, who don't care what they throw from the balcanies or how they litter the parking lots, and they don't care

Don't Live here This Apartment complex is no longer safe as there was a shooting in late January 08 that as of right now has killed 2 and left another injured. The place is over run by PTI students who rule the complex and management chooses to do nothing which because it is there cash cow. I
