The superintendent is O.K. and tries to the extent he is able. The top management I found extremely disrespectful. Issues called to their attention were handled in a way that was in line with very VERY poor management. It is no surprise that several apartments are currently empty and people currently living there are not planning to renew the lease.
(the 'desperate' advertisements at the front of the complex are a real indication this place is doomed if things do not change)
