I lived in Penn Weldy also known as the "Oreland Projects" for 3yrs. The super. is a drunk and the police are there a lot. I moved out in February 2004 (broke my lease) just couldnt take the poor managment anymore I have children and it was a nightmare for them too. When I moved out there was already 13 vacant apartments, what?s that tell you' The managmnet company is the worst they are only interested in getting your rent and don't want to hear about anything else. My children and I are glad we're out!!!
