All I need to say is: read the lease. Its ridiculous. You agree to be subject to their rules, which can change at any time and can be enforced with fines, for example. If you forget to write by a certain date - you're locked in for another year. Management is terse, rude, and disrespectful. Live here as a last resort only (they seem to be more lenient about credit and such compared to surrounding landlords/renters.
