When you see comments like the one written before, they usually come from trouble makers or white trash, or both. I have seen a lot of people try and break their lease from varying degrees and management runs a tight ship here. You cannot throw wild parties, you can't have 10 people in your apartment, you can't have pets. They are trying to improve this place and it shows. The people writing negative comments probably have violated their lease and this is their retaliation. Good riddance. This place is affordable and a good place to live. Highly recommended.
