Don?t Do It To Yourself!!!!! I lived in Penn Weldy also known as the "Oreland Projects" for 3yrs. The super. is a drunk and the police are there a lot. I moved out in February 2004 (broke my lease) just couldn?t take the poor managment anymore I have children and it was a nightmare for them too.

NOT recommended The superintendent is O.K. and tries to the extent he is able. The top management I found extremely disrespectful. Issues called to their attention were handled in a way that was in line with very VERY poor management. It is no surprise that several apartments are currently empty

The Ghetto It´s like living in the ghetto, the superintendant is a drunk and picks on the kids in the complex when he is tanked. It´s not a place to rent if you have children thats for sure. I wouldn´t recomend this place to my worst enemy.

Very nice place Very affordable and large 2 bedroom units. Heat is included in the rent and the response to any problems is handled quickly and professionally. It is a great area and you are close to the train and the turnpike. I highly recommend Penn Weldy.
