IMHO, the complex has made a religion of doing as little as it can get away with.

IMHO, the complex does virtually nothing when it comes to policing the grounds for trash, dead leaves, burned out light bulbs, etc.

IMHO, there is a huge shortage of parking spaces, and the complex's lot is poorly designed and extremely dangerous.

IMHO, the complex doesn't care much about the personal safety of its tenants.

IMHO, the complex's snow plowing is inept, as is the salting; you might end up having to be towed out during the winter.

IMHO, some areas of the complex are improperly graded, resulting in massive puddles (potential mosquito breeding grounds) after it rains.

IMHO, it's likely the complex will respond to your verbal complaint or problem with some variation of "blame the victim."

IMHO, if you send the complex letters about your problems and concerns, it's very likely that you will receive absolutely no response.

IMHO, I believe the complex has made an art form of avoiding having to intervene in disputes between neighbors.

IMHO, the complex doesn't give a damn about its tenants except as an income stream.

I certainly would NOT recommend Colonial Towers to anyone.
