The apartment complex is now under new management. The old manager died. He was all about doing as little as possible for the tenants, however the new management is very personable and they are very eager to help the tenants in any way possible. They even started finishing some of the basements in the towers and putting in new windows and carpet and stuff. The place is improving drastically.

This is certainly not the place for you if you are colured. The tenenants are really nice and the place is good too, but the person in the office "Shryl" will simply yell at you for no reason. She is without any doubt a racist and I along with a few friends who have stayed here in the past and some who came to her looking for appartments ,collectively, are going to file a law suit. Please let write a review if you have had similar experiences

CT tenant. It's spelled colored. And you're insane. New owners are not fixing this place up! Where? I miss the old owner- at least he wasnt a ----
