I recently moved in to a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at Paoli Place North, and I love it. Everything from the manager to the maintenance staff are so curtious and go above and beyond their duties to make my move here a pleasant one. Before choosing to stay at Paoli Place North, I also considered Paoli Place South-(huge difference in price.) I can honestly say that you get what you pay for. The North side is so modern and updated, and nicer to look at. The South side is a dump, and looks like nothing has been done to it. I had to walk through a dungeon-like entrance just to get to the apartment, and it's a shame because the apartments themselves are very nice. I'm sure the negative reponses are from the South side, as I too was not impressed. I look forward to many years here. Can't wait to get a fitness center! On the negative side, I wish the fitness center was already here, and that the hallways looked as nice as the ones where the rental office is located at.

I believe that most of the reviews are from residents of Paoli Place North. I guess that, to a new tenant, the management may not be terrible. But, for those of us who lived through the transition between old and new management, it has been torture.

The posting dated 7/5/08 claims "the manager to the maintenance staff are so curtious". Well, hold on until you give your moving out notice. You may likely not get your security deposit back. Sure you can sue them if it is for no good reason, but do you know about the expenses and the waste of time associate with taking your landlord to court?

Well good luck with that. I am on a ground level unit, and due to the heat and humidity I have had a few scary looking centipede things myself. But I know for a fact they have an exterminator that comes every couple weeks. I think it is called Lethal--definitely not the maintenance people. Just to let you know....

Nope. Its the maintence crew. I came into my apartment one day and caught the maintence guy spraying bug spray around. This is when they promised to send out the exterminator for termites! I am glad you are fooled by them though. Anyway after months of complaints they sent a real exterminator out who told them they had a lot of bug issues all around the place. Westover said they would "consider" hiring them. You will see. You are too new to get the deal yet!
