Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
A few years ago when I moved into Paoli Place, the low rent was the main reason for choosing it. I guess there are reasons requiring a low rent. Recently the rent is jumped up to $1300 for a townhome, which considering the following it is definitely not worth renting a place here.
I didn't have major issues with the landlord prior to giving a notice to vacate. (However, the maintenance has been tardy and inadequate)
Once they got my notice to vacate, things turned ugly! I will not go into details here, but would say the experience with the Paoli Place or the Westover Company management was one of major headaches the kind that one would experience as a result of dealing with dishonest people.
