Rented there for about 1 year. They will take most if not all of your security deposit even if you leave the property better than it was when you got it. Upon our final lease renewal, we told them the exact date we intended to leave. We noticed on the rent renewal form that it stated we need to inform them in writing. Since I was standing in the office, I asked them if they really wanted me to write on a piece of paper and hand it to them. They said it's fine and they don't need it. Come move out time, we get hammered with a large fee because we didn't inform them 2 months prior. I admit that I should have known better, but these people use whatever tactics they can to get your security deposit. Upon move in, it was obvious they were trying to save money and didn't hire professionals to clean up the place and paint it. Everything (including doors) were stuck together because they just painted over everything. All the areas that were not exposed were not painted! Response to maint. requests or emergency requests were horribly slow. They removed all the trees around the property and paved over a lot of the grass due to their parking lot expansion. During the parking lot expansions, they did not permit parking in large sections of the lots and did not provide alternative parking for the residents. There was not nearly enough parking for those months. And to top it off, their management's attitude is horrible and very patronizing. I thought it was nice initially but if you rent here, you'll probably regret it.
