BOUGHT A HOUSE, GOT MY SECURITY BACK! I did a pre-move out walk through inspection with the manager, who told me that the only people who don't receive their security back are the ones who trash the place and leave furniture, trash, etc.
My carpet was old and had normal wear

Bm I lived there for two years, it's right behind the Train station, which is helpful if you work in Phily, I paid $875 for 2 Bedroom, 2 Full bathroom and a balcony which i think is pretty cheap, if you consider other places in the same area.

Good deal. Certainly cheaper than anywhere else on the Main Line. I pay $875 a month for a 1100 sq ft 2 br/2 ba apartment. This includes heat and hot water. The management is certainly very hands off, but I figure it's worth the trade off.
