I like it here! I really like my apartment, alot of places do not take dogs. I'm glad that Alcoma accepts pets over 25lbs.
Also, the pool is really nicely kept. I am very happy here.

Horrible It is very dirty and it smells all the time. There are pets in the non-pet building and no one cleans up after there dogs. The rent is sky high and I'm glad to be in the house buying process. There are no lights in the parking lots or coming down that mountain of a hill. Renter

DIRTY I was in a rush to find an apartment-Alcoma on the Green seemed like a decent place to live. However I was definitely wrong. The apartments aren't bad if you don't ever leave. The hallways are very dirty and often smell and there are always kids running around. (never supervised)

The people are very friendly who live here and that is about the only good thing about this place. The halls are dirty and smell awful. The trash is never emptied near entrances. The staff is very poor. We can not wait until our lease is up!!!!

Alcoma Apartment I moved into Alcoma on the Green in 1992. I plan on living here until I pass. I love the Penn Hills Area and my Apartment here as well. I've had my share of wonderful neighbors and horrible neighbors. With that being said, I've also seen the changes in Management Staff.
