excellent location near parks and an exercise path If you are into exercise, as I am a runner, this location is a 10 out of 10. The bike/running path is close by. The park is right next to the apts. Perkasie is a good safe place to live in central Bucks County.

Very nice apartments This is a great park-like setting. The rent is cheap, but the apartments are very nice and well maintained. The manager has been here for ever and really does a good job. I highly recommend Covered Bridge!

The WORST apartments I have ever lived in I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. When we first got the place the carpet was filthy there was cat hair everywhere. I suffer form allergies and they got so bad that I was getting asthma attacks and we had to get the whole carpet changed.
