Presidential City Apartments

I would rather live in hell - There is ample parking for everyone, the place is very well located within the city and not too far from the downtown. You cannot complain about the location. But, when you step into your apartment is when all the trouble starts. 1) Bedbugs keep coming no matter what even though all your furniture is new. Being a multi unit building, they just come from the other apartments. 2) ...Full review of Presidential City Apartments

Great Place - I've lived here for two years and I really love it. I don't know what those other people are talking about but when I call for a maintenance request it's done within 24hrs., and it's done right. I have noticed there have been a lot of evictions and thats good, lets get all the dead beats and pot smokers out of the building. That is what this new management co is doing. Don't live there!!!! - This will be one of many comments in regards to Keystone Lofts in Philadelphia PA, because there are so many things wrong with this place. It was the worst experience of my life! Lets start with the outside parking area. Fist off, the entire area has a 6' chain link fence with razor wire above that. What does that tell you about the area? Of course, there's a hole that someone ...Full review of Keystone Loft Apartments

Run away as fast as you can! - Very shady business practices (they change policy and don't tell residents). You can do much better in the university city area or center city. Plus, while the trolley and universities are nearby, there is nothing else nearby (grocery store is a hike... you have to rely on 711). 1) Property: quite old. Nice courtyard, but the apartments need to be updated. My carpeting hasn't ...Full review of Courts At Powelton

I like this place - I have been living here for abt 9 months and really like this place. Its quiet, safe(which is my main priority) and cosy. The neighbours keep to themselves but they will wave or make small talk when they see you. Mostly the residents comprise of people 60yrs and above. There r a few retired cops living here too. Parking is ample. Manager Bunny and the maintainance guys esp Pete r very nice. ...Full review of Water's Edge Apartments

BEWARE - I have been living at the Marine Club for 5 years. Originally, the place was a good place to live, however since they started converting to condos the environment has changed dramatically. There is a constant struggle between condo owners and renters. Maintenance issues are very problematic. The building is old and the facilities are antiquated (with the exception being the gym). Horrible - This is an absolutely horrible place to live. When they give you a walk through, there's no mention of the leaky pipes, sinks, and toilets that run or don't work. The ceiling leaks and the floors need to be refinished badly. Building manager is rude and unprofessional. It's simply a horrible place to live. ...Full review of Nash Apartments

Run far away from here!!!! - The apartment itself is great, on the small side, but... The management is a whole different story. This building is marketed as "Luxury Apartment Homes", yet the service we receive is akin to a college dormitory. 1) The front desk signs for packages but frequently forgets to notify you of their arrival. Not really an issue if you track packages which you know you are ...Full review of 1500 Locust Apartments
