The Sponge Factory Lofts
1325 N. 5th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122

Not too crazy about it so far. - I just moved in and I'm not that impressed so far. I don't like the ceilings in these lofts. They're just too weird. Too many cracks and holes in them and they're not insulated. So you can hear people stomping around upstairs very easily. Plus management warns dog owners that their dog's pee can seep down through small holes and soak furniture or whatever in the loft beneath. ...Full review of The Sponge Factory Lofts

Helped build - This place was the cheapest place I had ever help build. Everything may look nice but they are of the cheapest quality. I actually feel bad for the people who live there. The elevators are death traps the always got stuck. The fire calking is a total joke. The insulation between the apartments is non existant, there was never any extra insulation installed to keep all the noise out. The other ...Full review of The Winston Lofts

The Problem: Ghetto, Section 8/Welfare Tenants - The problem with Cricket Court is not the management staff, it's those ghetto, six baby daddy, section 8, welfare-don't-want-to-ever-work, residents and their out of control children who reside on site. The good, hardworking, residents who live there have to constantly deal with mice and roach problems because they refuse to keep their unit clean. A friend of ...Full review of Cricket Court Commons

Don't live there!!!! - This will be one of many comments in regards to Keystone Lofts in Philadelphia PA, because there are so many things wrong with this place. It was the worst experience of my life! Lets start with the outside parking area. Fist off, the entire area has a 6' chain link fence with razor wire above that. What does that tell you about the area? Of course, there's a hole that someone ...Full review of Keystone Loft Apartments

I would rather live in hell - There is ample parking for everyone, the place is very well located within the city and not too far from the downtown. You cannot complain about the location. But, when you step into your apartment is when all the trouble starts. 1) Bedbugs keep coming no matter what even though all your furniture is new. Being a multi unit building, they just come from the other apartments. 2) ...Full review of Presidential City Apartments

Great Place - I've lived here for two years and I really love it. I don't know what those other people are talking about but when I call for a maintenance request it's done within 24hrs., and it's done right. I have noticed there have been a lot of evictions and thats good, lets get all the dead beats and pot smokers out of the building. That is what this new management co is doing. WORST - walls and floors are like papers! You can hear everything from other rooms. I have a terrible person who always play music loud and shout above my room until 5 am! I called the landroad many times, complaing about him, but they never help me. All my neighbors got together to compain about the person upstairs, but the office did not do anything. I had to live in hell. I am moving ...Full review of Henridge Apartments

I like this place - I have been living here for abt 9 months and really like this place. Its quiet, safe(which is my main priority) and cosy. The neighbours keep to themselves but they will wave or make small talk when they see you. Mostly the residents comprise of people 60yrs and above. There r a few retired cops living here too. Parking is ample. Manager Bunny and the maintainance guys esp Pete r very nice. ...Full review of Water's Edge Apartments

BEWARE - I have been living at the Marine Club for 5 years. Originally, the place was a good place to live, however since they started converting to condos the environment has changed dramatically. There is a constant struggle between condo owners and renters. Maintenance issues are very problematic. The building is old and the facilities are antiquated (with the exception being the gym).
