Subpar - I would not recommend living here, for the following reasons: (1) Contrary to what a previous review stated, pricing is not competitive. When I moved into the building, a one-bedroom was $1250 per month, and cable and water were included. Now one bedrooms are $1400 per month, and you pay for cable and water. You are also required to obtain renters' insurance, ...Full review of Museum Towers

Don't know about the others but this review is TRUE! - I lived here for over a year and could not wait to get out, I moved out in May of 2011. The walls and materials are super thin, you hear EVERYTHING! You can even smell in the halls what people are cooking-a bonus if their making something good but a con if it's disgusting. Parking after 9PM is a nightmare, you often had to end up making a spot somewhere. I can't speak to the ...Full review of Joshua House Apartments

Project Transition - Someone replied to my previous post saying that PT is still here. YES, they are still here. Since their patient caused the fire they have had a really low profile. The patients hang out a lot near building F where most of them live, but they don't seem to be causing too much trouble. There have been some negative comments about some patients behavior but they were supposedly not ...Full review of Henry on the Park
