Stay away from building AND Philly Apartment Company (landlord). - When we were living here, this building was being managed by Philly Apartment Company. We have rented apartments all around the country, and this was by far the most unprofessional company/landlord. They were usually late to appointments, booked multiple people at once (which I don't mind) but rushed people in the process, were unprepared/confused/didn't know before hand ...Full review of The Winston Lofts

This is an historic building so with that comes a few quirks from time to time, but I really appreciate the character of the building and the advantages of living in an well-constructed building - including the thick walls which means that I rarely hear my neighbors.
