Lived here 3 yrs now...small problems, but would reccommend. - I have been living in Adams Run going on 3 years now. I'm suprised to see so many bad reviews and opinions, as I think any apartment complex will have some negative sides. I would generally recommend Admans Run. I have the upgraded 2 bdrm unit and it is lovely. The price is also good considering the spacious rooms and balcony.... I've done my research all over the philadelphia and ...Full review of Adams Run

Application fee is now a total of $575 - There is a new policy that in addition to the $75 application fee, there is now an additional $500 fee that cannot be refunded once they contact you with a potential apartment. Kyle in the leasing office said that it was "because they take that apartment off the market for 24 hrs" so that you can consider if you want the apartment or not. I have applied to many other apartment ...Full review of Domus Apartments

Great things about living here! - I have lived here for almost two years-and I have to say I really like it. This is an historic building so with that comes a few quirks from time to time, but I really appreciate the character of the building and the advantages of living in an well-constructed building - including the thick walls which means that I rarely hear my neighbors. Everyone that lives here seems to be very friendly ...Full review of 257 Apartments

so far, so good - Husband and wife, NOT previously city dwellers, NOT students (aged 50s). Pleasantly pleased with the unit, building, location, and staff. Prompt response to a clogged drain, friendly door men/women. Jennifer and Jeanine have been personable, professional, and responsive. Our unit is very quiet (top floor), great to have unit laundry, be allowed pets, ...Full review of Warehouse Apartments
