Wonderful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I agree that there are some cons like the difficult parking, the fact that the windows don't open, the fact that you HAVE to buy Direct TV and that repairs don't get done in a timely fashion, BUT.... This is the greatest apartment I will ever have. I was so sad to leave for a new job after 3 years of living there. The price can not be beat, the appliances are brand new, the carpets and walls are pristine, and most importantly, the location is priceless. You can literally walk to all the things that most people have to drive to. Your friends will want to stay at your place after going out in the city since it's so convenient. The neighbors were all excellent (I lived next door to a bunch of University of the Arts kids who were nothing but respectful). It's quiet - I often sleep during the day and I never had a problem. The bathrooms were really nice. It felt really warm and home-like while I was there. I became friends with several of my neighbors. And I could walk to work, which is why the parking situation never bothered me. If you like city living, this is your place. It's the most affordable, "nice" apartment you will find in Center City. Enjoy!
