We have lived here for 3 years and have had rent increases each year. The apartment is very convenient for us -- 24 hour doorman, convenient location in Center City, w/d in apt, parking available... however, it is VERY expensive to live here.
Amenities: The apartments are typical mass produced apartments with cheap carpeting and cabinetry. We have w/d in the apt but it's a stackable unit (SMALL loads only) and it's in the kitchen where everyone can see it and where it creates a ton of dust in the rest of the apt.
Noise: We live in a corner 2 bedroom -- very quiet.
Parking: Available but EXPENSIVE ($250/month) for unassigned garage parking available on the first 13 floors of the building. You can't get ditectly into the apt building from the garage or vice versa -- you have to go all the way down the to the street level and reenter. General monthly parking starts on the 5th floor of the garage, so you have to circle and circle and circle around until you find a spot.
Location: Convenient but we are surrounded by tall buildings which cut off the sunlight into the apt. Also, lots of homeless people/beggars around this building.
Other amenities: doormen are very nice, many of them are helpful. Pool, exercise room upstairs.
