Great choice to experince city living

I've lived here for 6 months now and really like it. Was deciding between here and the Sterling. They had a special going so I choose here. I take the train to work and it's about a ten-minute walk to suburban. The location is excellent. Grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and bars are all with in a block. Good bar around the corner to watch football games. Cabs and buses are constantly accessible here. I never used the pool, but it looks nice. The gym is nice too with a great view. They recently got all new cardio equipment. I work out regularly using free-weights, but to save money on a gym membership I made do with their machines, which does the job just fine. My favorites with this place are the rooftop during the summer to layout and the location. I also like having my own washer and dryer. Staff has always been pleasant too.
My cons here are that the elevators break down or are all not running, but it doesn't really bother me. I live in a studio and there is zero view. Oh well. Lastly, nothing to do with the apartment, but Philly taxes really suck.
Overall, I really like it here and would recommend it. Unfortunately, I am leaving the city life to live in the suburbs to be closer to work.
