I've lived here for almost one year now. My overall experience has been positive. The doormen are extremely nice and friendly. I haven't had too much interaction with the management but the few times when we have needed repairs they have been very prompt. I would agree with the previous post about the heating/airconditioning systems. They are very unsightly, loud and just not strong enought to heat/cool the space they are supposed to. The appliances are not terribly new but they are adequate. The most irritating thing about this building is the elevator situation. Even when all four are working (not often), you have to give ourself an extra 5-10 minutes in the morning. Most tennants are young and keep to themselves. For some reason there are a lot of Wharton students. Despite the negatives, I still think this is one of the best apartments in Center City.
