The apartments are nice and modern, and the doormen are great. But the management staff are the WORST and incredibly offensive and demeaning. Ron Cox (A leasing agent) has hung up, made derogatory remarks, and yelled at adult tenants. The rest of the staff is only slight better.

For instance, they have an incredibly inflexible renewal policy. They send letters regarding renwals when in which the tenant has to repsond within 2 weeks. IF the tenant does not respond by the deadline, then the tenant will automatically be renewed for another year. I was travelling overseas due to a personal issue. By the time I got back, the deadline had passed and I was automatically renewed for another year at much higher prices and they forced me to pay a 1 month penalty despite the fact that I needed to leave 3 months after they automatically renewed my lease.

This place is filled with management professionals who are offensive, immature and increadibly insensitive to their own tenants. If I could, I would give this place a -10.
