The overall is ok, but the manegment is definitly terrible. They'll try to get all the money they can get from you, and don't expect them to polite with you ever... well, maybe before you sign your contract. And be aware of it... there maybe catches that you will only notice when returning your keys.
The maintenance is really good, but the apartments appliances are old. The gym and the swimming pool upstairs are a plus, and the apartment plants and space are excelent. The parties arranged by the manegers are always good. But don't try to use the banquet room... this is the only building where you need to pay a extra fee to use it. Ridiculous. The parking is around $250/month, but you can get a much better deal on a parking lot one block away at Latimer St.
Well, there are other buildings around that offer a better value for your money, such as The Grande (15th and Chestnut), and The Phoenix (16th and Arch). aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
