It is not worth the price
Management is negligent and does not care about building relationships with renters nor about the well being of the community
Elevators are a pain. The building has 600 people living in it, 43 floors and only two (sometimes just one) elevetors working. You can expect to spend 30 minutes per day waiting for elevators
There are a lot of hidden fees they do not tell you since the beggining. You will learn about those fees thereafter.
Managament is negligent and dishonest and lies a lot about rent. Save your money and find a luxury apartment somewhere else 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
