I had lived in three different unitts small one ($715/month), Lg One Bed ($1215/month) and Small Two Bedroom $1500-2100 when I left). Parking is $250. Staff is very nice but at times lackadasical as any food delivery guy can go through "security".
Lobby is now being redone (about time).
It is imossible to get an elevator as there are constant move in/outs. Walls are way too thin. Carpet sucks. Kithcen and Bath's are antiquated. Maintenence is understaffed and slow to respond. Gym is nice to have but equipment is antiquated and most residents belong to sporting club. Left the building because rent was creeping over $2400 and I could buy something at this point. Also, everyone has a wireless network that screws up your computer and network (tip...need an It person on call) and everyone has high Def TV with mega Base ...Beware of NOISE!!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
