ELEVATORS ARE DANGEROUS

This isn't just something that happened once, or twice, or even three times. Basically 2 elevators are being shut down for 9 months. As a result there are very long waits during rush hour. So I do an hour commute and then have to wait 20 minutes in the lobby' or the 25 minute wait at 7:30am in the morning. Also, this is the honest truth, but for over a month the elevators actually stopped before reaching floors and doormen had to go on the elevators and manually open up doors to the elevators. It is not safe. Why should there be lines of 20 people waiting in the lobby on the weekends while management is home. This is unacceptable. I WAS NOT TOLD anything about the elevators before I moved in and that is completely unethical
