The maintenance is horrible in this building. Every time something goes wrong I have to put in 3 or 4 requests to the front desk. Then I have to call the maintenance manager and explain that the requests I put in the maintenance people never attend to. Then the maintenance manager assures me that everything will be taken care of and it wont happen again, but when the next problem happens, the SAME poor maintenance happens again.

I have been in 3 buildings since Ive lived in Philly. The first one charged 800 a month, and I had maintenance within the next day. The second one charged 1200 a month, an I had maintenance within the second day. This 1500 locust building charges 1600 a month, and I find it ridiculous how they don't honor maintenance requests until you put in the SAME request several times. I shouldn't have to get aggravated and make several requests for simple things to be fixed, and then have to wait in a holding pattern to speak to the maintenance director and yell at them just to get something done.
