Despite the fact that management DOES nickel-and-dime you (they kept the $500 security deposit to replace the carpeting that was damaged because of a problem with THEIR washer-dryer), the security deposit is really quite low, and although the people in the main office are not the friendliest in town, all the other staff has been amazing. I don't know what someone else was talking about with the maintenance--every time I issued a maintenance request, it was responded to within HOURS (!!), and it's especially efficient if you use the online maintenance request form. Elevators can be a pain. But the apartments are huge and high up, with spacious balconies. Overall, a little pricey, but you get a lot for the money, which is not true of all bldgs. in that price range.
