My husband and I have lived in this building for over 3 three years. We originally loved this place. The front desk staff is very friendly. The apartments are exceptionally quiet and the upstairs gym, pool, sundeck, and banquet room are a great touch. However, we have recently had several maintenance issues which in the past would have been taken care of asap and with great care. Now I have had to request repairs in writing and through the building manager just to get a response. Things are being fixed slowly and as cheaply as possible with no regard to my schedule whatsoever. In interacting with management, they are always very nice, but it still seems that nothing changes. Additionally, they are allowing our neighbors' children to play in the hallway which is quite noisy. For this much money, I don't feel I should have to throw a fit to get a massive leak or faulty dryer fixed. We are considering moving.
