This building is not worth nearly what you pay for it. To make matters worse the building will be under construction for the next TWO years. Currently, there is drilling in the parking garage underneath the building which starts at 8am every day. It shakes the entire building and makes it impossible to sleep. Management is not only aware of this nuisance but they in fact scheduled it as the drilling is happening IN THE BUILDING. The building manager admitted he left work with a headache every single day from the drilling but he still felt it was perfectly acceptable to permit such drilling to start at 8am or even before. What a great way to start each day! This will be going on for 6 weeks or so but expect many more construction projects with little regard for tenant well-being. All-in-all, this building would be worth it at about $500-600 less than current rental rates, but definitely try else where at these prices.

I was told that the new construction projects will last about 9 months total and we will end up with a beautiful new pool deck and pool and the party room will be exquisite. It's hard to go through construction, but I am psyched about the results.

The construction is not going to last 2 years. This person obviously don't have to facts. 9 months is accurate. But it's for the good of the building and is going to be awesome! The garage drilling is bad but do you want our garage to colapse? Come on... Oh and I've spoken to the manager, he is very positive about the changes. Even though it's hard right now, I'm happy to live here!!
