Loud Air/Heat System - I lived at Sedgwick Gardens for almost 2 years. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Parking was usually available on the street unless you got home late and had to park in the back. In the winter when it snowed or iced the maintance didn't keep up the steps in the back very well, which are very steap.
