Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
This building has way too many problems for a "luxury" building. When problems are presented to the owner, Turchi Properties, they are not properly resolved and tend to reoccur.
Hot water goes out often. Three elevators go out at once. Fire alarm out often and dryers not installed properly. Definitely not what I would expect from a luxury building. From my experience here, I would not want to rent at any other Turchi Properties.
The plus is that the building is seems secure for its neighborhood.
