Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I have lived here and would never choose this apartment again. In fact, I would steer clear of this company altogether.
There has been frequent turnover of managers, with no notification to the residents.
Problems do not get addressed. Several residents have had maintenance enter their apartments without permission.
The building appears nice from outside, but there is much aggravation. Innumerable broken promises and outright misinformation on the part of management-- like promising residents a gym which was never built.
The elevators stopped working one evening last week for no apparent reason.
There have been many days without hot water for a shower in the morning.
Fire alarms used to happen at least once a month.
Parking is arranged with a garage about two blocks away at almost 200 dollars a month (after discount).
