A waste of money

You'd do much better than renting or purchasing from Turchi. Save your money.

Last night and this morning there was no hot water, a problem which the management has said multiple times they have fixed.

No emergency repair last night. Just making tenants wait without hot water in their apartments. Cold showers in the morning.

Management couldn't care any less about their tenants, they just want them locked into leases. If you are looking, just ask any resident if they are renewing-- they will all say no. Maybe you can get a good deal when the building is empty.

By the way, there is no plan for a fitness center. And they will charge you for hot water and nail you for common area charges for electricity, which can be high since the insulation is so poor in the lobby that they have to run electric space heaters!
