No Hot Water, False Fire Alarm at 4:00am?

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
There has not been a full month during which we had hot water everyday. False fire alarms can drive you crazy especially for the timing like 4:00am or 10:30pm. Only one among three elevators operates normally.
Even worse, when you complain, you get yelled back by the management company. For your best interests, please do give a careful second thought if you ever considering 1930 Chestnut.
