Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Once again today, we had a blackout in the monring and then no hot water. In asking about the problem I was informed that no one will be able to look into the problem until Monday. Well it is Saturday, so while the Turchis are fat cats sitting on the deck of his shore houe this weekend no doubt with hot water. I am here in his apratment building paying him rent while I do not get hot water.
