the 3rd world country i just visited was better

i just came back from vacation in brazil... what did i come home to' 48 hours without electricity, elevators, water, and air conditioning. this place is a total nightmare. DO NOT live here. turchi doesn't give a damn about his tenants. i'm sure he makes a ton of money off the minimal and shoddy upgrades he made to turn this building into apartments.
